Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using any services on 5200. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 5200 platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all registered, active users of 5200. The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only.
- 5200 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be deemed as acceptance of the new Terms.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any changes to these Terms.
Account Creation, Security & Policy
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering with 5200. Accounts created using false information may be terminated at any time.
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any loss arising from sharing your password with others is your sole responsibility.
In cases of Terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, 5200 may immediately suspend or permanently close an account.
You may be asked to verify your identity at any time using a national ID or passport. Failure to verify will result in account restrictions.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using the 5200 platform, you agree to comply with the following:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or collect their personal information is strictly prohibited.
- Identifying and exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform, or disclosing them to third parties, is prohibited.
- The platform may not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using the chat or any communication feature to threaten, harass, or mislead other users is prohibited.
5200 reserves the right to forfeit a user's account balance and take legal action for any violation of the above rules.
Payment, Transaction & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions at 5200 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Approved mobile banking methods — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.
- The minimum deposit amount is set in accordance with platform guidelines.
- Withdrawal requests typically take 24–72 hours to process.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus or promotional funds can be withdrawn.
- 5200 reserves the right to freeze all funds in cases of suspicious transactions or fraudulent payments.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; the payment method must belong to the account holder.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
5200 is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues or faults with a user's own device are also outside our liability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5200 platform — including logos, designs, text, game interfaces, and software — is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content without permission is prohibited by law.
Third-Party Links
The 5200 platform may contain references to third-party services. 5200 is not responsible for the content or security of those services. If you use any third-party service, that service's own terms and conditions will apply.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
